# Welcome to CynQ!

Your subscription is almost ready.

**1. Fill out the form**  
Enter your contact information and the details required to create your account.

**2. Access CynQ**  
You will receive an email containing a link to log in to the application and begin setting up your account.

**3. Complete your subscription**  
Once you are in CynQ, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information to complete your subscription.

**That’s it! You’ll then be ready to start using CynQ.**

Your credit card information is not required on this form. It will be added directly in the CynQ application when you complete your subscription.
