In the June 2026 edition of Le Bâtisseur magazine, Pierre Custeau, CEO of CynQ, proposes a concrete approach for construction entrepreneurs looking to rethink how they manage their operations.

Because transforming operations doesn't mean changing everything overnight. Instead, it's about identifying the right levers, structuring processes, and relying on tools that centralize information and improve collaboration.

In his article, Pierre Custeau presents a 5-week process and explains how CynQ, the all-in-one AI management software designed for construction, can support companies through this transformation.

Wondering what you could improve in your operations and where to start?

Discover the 5 steps proposed by Pierre Custeau in the full article published in the June issue of Le Bâtisseur.
